Position Summary
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Delhi, India. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. This is a full-time, in-office position with a competitive salary ranging from ₹ 3 LPA to ₹ 5 LPA.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points and improve user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align business goals with user needs.
- Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent design system.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovation to projects.
- Translate complex ideas into simple, elegant, and accessible design solutions.
- Continuously gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
Experience Required
3–5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
