Position Summary
We are currently seeking fresh Graduates to join the GCOO Payment Services team as Apprentice for duration of 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting daily operations and administration of capital account transactions and queries - regulatory filings, RBI liaison, customer and business engagement etc. to achieve a high level of efficiency and customer service, which would help attain strategic and operating objectives of the Bank.
- Co-ordinating with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned activities.
- Supporting automation activities within the team
- Maintain HSBC internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.
- Implement the group compliance policy as applicable to role. Should be aware of the Operational Risk scenarios associated with their role, and to ensure that all actions during their employment with HSBC, take account of the likelihood of operational risk occurring

- Graduation / Post-Graduation (Bachelor’s degree holder of an UGC recognised University and must possess mark sheets and provisional / Degree certificate of passing)
