Position Summary
The global Cloud DevOps team is responsible for the operation of all AVEVA Cloud Solutions with the goal of achieving and maintaining a monthly service availability SLA and we’re looking for a Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud DevOps Engineer in AVEVA’s Research & Development (R&D) function, you will utilize your experience to continually improve and develop AVEVA’s Cloud solutions, including release and deployment processes and pipelines, enhancing, and supporting our monitoring capabilities, and diagnosing and resolving cloud infrastructure incidents to optimize uptime and allow us to scale through repeatable and standardized work practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as a part of global team providing support for different AVEVA Cloud Solutions
- Oversee relevant Cloud deployments to ensure successful implementation, track, and report progress, resolve or escalate release issues.
- Maintain clear and accurate DevOps operational documentation.
- Participate in Scrum meetings with other team members such as sprint planning and estimating; backlog refinement; daily Scrum meetings; sprint retrospectives and sprint reviews.
- Be responsible for deploying industrial solutions into AVEVA’s cloud or at customer’s infrastructure.
Education Requirements
- 2026 Entry level graduate in BE/BTech (Computer Science / Information Technology) with an aggregate score of 70% or above with no backlogs
