Position Summary
We need a person who knows MS Excel and is flexible to work in shifts. The role involves publishing day-to-day MIS reports in MS Excel, client validation, vendor validation, and ensuring accurate invoicing and payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Publish day-to-day MIS reports in MS Excel.
- Perform client validation to cross-audit the pricing applied by the client relationship team.
- Do corrections in client validation and conclude the correct final amount to the Client Servicing team with 100% accuracy.
- Ensure client invoicing is processed with correct GST details and with 100% accuracy.
- Perform vendor or third-party validation to cross-audit the pricing applied by vendors in their invoice backup sheet.
- Do the required corrections in vendor validation and conclude the correct final amount to vendors with 100% accuracy.
- Ensure vendor invoices are validated and PO is booked, then take this forward with the internal finance team to release payment on time.
Experience Required
1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
