Description

Assist in assembling components on the shop floor based on assembly drawings and engineering instructions. Conduct quality checks, verify fitment, and ensure first-time-right output. Log daily production data (e.g., PPA sheets, log books) and report weekly scrap/rejection notes. Use basic measuring and diagnostic tools (e.g., micrometer, vernier caliper, go/no-go gauge) for inspection and calibration. Participate in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment; support line efficiency improvements. Maintain compliance with 5S standards, safety norms, and proper usage of PPE. Coordinate with supervisors or line leaders to address technical issues or process deviations. Support activities across multiple lines or sites, including potential travel to customer or other facility locations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Freshers acceptable; relevant manufacturing or assembly exposure is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn
• Basic problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and safety awareness
